Yes, all our models are suitable for both right handed or left handed doors. However, when ordering the product, you can specify to us whether your door is left handed or right handed.
The time frame for installation is 6 months from your date of purchase. We will send you a friendly reminder periodically. Thereafter storage fee will be imposed on each item.

Warranty & Policy
Within the first 30 days of purchase Sciener smart digital lock will replace a defective unit at no charge to you and reimburse any shipping charges. After 30 days, Sciener’s obligation and liability under this Limited Warranty is limited to repairing or replacing (at its sole discretion) a defective unit and paying the freight cost of returning the unit to you. Sciener will replace a defective unit at no charge to you and reimburse any shipping charges.
In the event of a malfunction or failure of Sciener Smart Digital Lock, please contact your dealer or Sciener directly for further assistance. Please keep your guarantee and proof of purchase (official receipt) safe.
- Installed and maintained in accordance with the instructions provided to you at the time of purchase.
- There is no evidence of tampering, mishandling, neglect, accidental damage, modification, and /or repair done to the Sciener Smart Digital Lock by anyone other than authorized Sciener service personnel.
- Your warranty registration has been completed and returned to Sciener.

Replacement of Parts
Faulty or damaged parts can be replaced at a reasonable cost.
If a direct replacement is unavailable, a suitable substitute will be recommended and charged at the full price.

For repair cases that exceed 30 days, a loan unit may be provided, subject to availability.

Pre & Post Installations
Our models are designed for wooden doors measuring 38mm – 60mm in thickess. Currently our products are not suitable for metal gates and glass doors. For more information, please refer to our product specification details on the brochures.
Use 4 x AA-size alkaline batteries. You should not use rechargeable batteries.
The Sciener smart digital lock will notify you with beeping sounds.
You can either use the physical keys to open the door or use 9v battery to give emergency power supply that will allow you to key in your PIN to unlock the door.
