Since fingerprint & card access users doesn’t use mobile apps to unlock the door, therefore the uploading of unlock data will be delayed until the next mobile apps unlock occurs. Only then the unlock data records will be uploaded to the cloud. Due to the timeliness cannot be assured, the smart gateway is required for those wanting to check the unlock records from time to time.

Our Smart Gateway processes and transfers the data through Bluetooth and Wi-Fi dual signal. In this way, the lock does not need to connect to the internet but allows the user to retrieve real-time records.
